Our Chilli Infused Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds a warm, lively kick to your favourite dishes.
Perfect for drizzling, marinating, or cooking, it pairs beautifully with stir-fries, prawns, pastas, marinades, dressings, grilled steaks, chicken, and Thai beef salad. Our infused oils are crafted on our estate in the Grampians, where we gently infuse premium cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - always without heat - and lovingly hand bottle in small batches. This careful process preserves the oil’s character while layering in vibrant, balanced flavours. Seasonal note: Our infused oils are not certified organic this season. In a low-harvest year, we chose to reserve our estate organic oil for our Signature and Delicate EVOO.

Returns Policy
You can return your product for store credit, exchange or refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
