Sail Maker is a pod style home with three clear living areas. All separate to each other, however connected by the naturally greyed timber decks with spacious high ceilings for maximum ocean breeze and sunshine.The home is very indoor-outdoor living; high beauty and style coupled with low fuss and fabulous beach living vibes. A warm outdoor shower among the trees is a gorgeous end to a long afternoon on the beach where the warm sand fills swimming trunks, ear canals and hearts alike.The pod or pavilion style home has 4 connected main areas. The living pod, two adult pods, and the bunk house.The living pod is a beautiful simple space with warm polished timber floors and stacking glass doors and clear glass louvres. This room brings the outside inside, guests feel connected to the expansive deep blue ocean and shrouded by the bloodwood forest. This space draws a swift breeze and is not air-conditioned.The main sleeping pods are made of up 2 Queen rooms and Bunk House, all with attached bathrooms. One Queen room at the back of the property with luscious bush vibes, the bunk house in between and one Queen room at the front of the property with stunning ocean views.The Queen rooms have attached bathrooms with stunning bush views from the bath, shower and toilet.All the bedrooms are separate pods, joined by covered decks with varying levels of platforms and stairs. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning.The separate bunk house is the perfect kid zone with 2 bunk rooms book ending the screened games room come hang out space. A concealed cupboard has a television, board games, table tennis gear and puzzles.The bunk house is serviced by a nearby bathroom and laundry.

Guests have access to the whole property, which sleeps 10. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room and living room.The left hand shed is also for guests to access tennis rackets, balls and beach gear. It's great for storing bicycles or other extras.Sunrise Estate is gated and keys and gate fobs are on the kitchen bench upon arrival. For initial access to the estate guests enter 058# and your host is called and opens the gate. To leave the estate on check out the gate opens automatically once the vehicle approaches the gate.
