Signature oil is a unique early harvest style with fruity, herbaceous aromas and a gentle peppery finish. Cold pressed from green and turning colour olives, varieties include the rare Bouqettier, Mission and Verdale. This certified organic oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees in the Grampians rely solely on natural rainfall. Once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium organic olive oil - beautifully concentrated in flavour and full of life. On average, each heritage tree produces just one precious litre - so every 2L cask reflects the harvest of two full trees and a year's worth of care. It's a true taste of the Grampians - capturing the character of the land and the season.

Returns Policy
You can return your product for store credit, exchange or refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
